So you want to be a better HVAC installer?? Here are a few tips that I wish I knew when I was younger and newer to the trade. Hope you enjoy the video!!
#repairs #hvac #tradegrind
7:55 Details! Absolutely agree!
…learn to properly installthe electrical lines…dine improperly in the cobmver image.
Conduits are incorrectly installed so as to allow water to run DOWNHILL INTO THE PACKAGE UNIT IF THERES A LEAK.
THATS 240 VAC.
INCOMPETENT
How is it that you didn't have a gas pipe cutter and threading machine since you emphasized having the proper tools for the job?
Gotta say man everyday I look forward to your videos !
Flush and clean R-22 lines before installing a 10 ton r410a system, for starters.
Maybe not install it a mere couple inches from a wall.
Bro is totally going off nextstar training
The rtfm on your shirt makes art form lol right when u said it I looked at your shirt
Would have been smart to put a main shut off before manifold! Just Sayin!
Nice camera. Which one are you running ?
So far, Bluon has been useless for units I come across in NYC in light commercial.
Having a well stocked van is super important. You can fix it the first time without having to leave and come back. It really helps you increase your numbers. Great video man.
Great impressive work Zack every time
As someone who was been doing HVAC/ sheet metal mechanic for 33 years it’s so nice to see a younger man who does his work the right way.so many just throw systems in the cheapest way possible and it never works right.
Everything you said is spot on.take pride in your craftsmanship, your name and reputation is on it.quality matters.if you screw up,we all do,own it and don’t try to blame it on someone else or what the job was like.be honest with the customers and them fix the problem.by doing this you will show them you are honest.when you go to a customers home treat it like your own.when you leave it should be cleaner then when you got there.
One thing you didn’t mention I think is very important.don’t be in so much of a rush and take the time to talk to your customers.if you see they like to fish or what ever shot the breeze about it.you want to form relationships with them in a way.they will tell their family and friends and get you more work.
You are doing great work and have such a good attitude.
Don’t forget you have to ground that gas line to the panel box.
Alles sehr schön. Aber zuerst zusammen die Nummern 10 und 1. Eine warmthhh.Online Brünette und eine anderep Blondine. Es wäre unfair, wenn ich 4 wählen würde
As a former installer turned service tech, I always criticize our installers for taking pride and making it look professional!
Good job 👍🏻 I love your work I follow all your works that you publish on YouTube. I am impressed and proud of them. I wish you success, Mustafa from the State of Iraq 🇮🇶
You can buy EZ headers which make it a lot easier the pipe a manifold, nice work man!
