Munich here. Nobody is having a problem with the lack of air conditioning. The worst problem currently is the long periods with no rain in summer. The heat is not the problem, the lack of rain is. The increased temperature with rain would be totally fine. And the useless illumination of buildings has been a nuisance and waste of energy for a long time. Glad it now stops.
I know Europe had a heat crisis this summer. No idea who posted this in MID OCTOBER, but Europe is not facing any kind of heat crisis anytime in the last 3-4 weeks let alone right now. Might have been 8+ weeks since the heat wave ended. Terrible job posting old videos as news.
Same thing in BC Canada. 4 months of a never ending drought without a drop of rain. for a province that rains 90% of the time in the lower mainland. everything is dead and decaying and this whole province is done for!
