Robert Smith says:

You can be the best tech ever but if you don’t have the interpersonal communication skills this gentleman has it will hinder you. This guy could easily be making a million a year with his skill set working for himself.

parchie rodriguez says:

proud of you !

K K says:

Dear my friends, where can I take a HVAC technician course in Los Angeles?

BigNastyreborn says:

nexgen as a whole is garbage. this tech might be okay, but when he said in attics up to 110 degrees it made me laugh because most of the time in corona thats the outside temperature when im in the attic. not to mention yeah they will give you a sunday so long as you take a monday off so you dont have a full second week.

Antony Raj says:

My professional is Ace technician I need to work with America air conditioner technician if it is possible to giving job opportunity please please comment your number

THeUNit says:

Dude better find another company made130k last year in ct do hvac work.

Thomas Good says:

So you repair tens of thousands air conditioners on a yearly basis? I don't even believe you.

Ryan Bianchi says:

9 am in the morning….. Redundant much?

average Joe says:

80k is good money, if you don't like in Cali.

LEAF says:

BTW Roger only works on Commissions. Which means he's telling people that you need "a new unit" when you really don't need one". If you can be cold hearted and be a con-artist". Hvac is for you

LEAF says:

Yeah this guy has to put in 14 hour days 7 days a week to make $80k. Hvac doesnt pay very well. Its all in the overtime. For you guys that want to start a career in it just cuz he's making $80k. Well you don't get vacation days off during the summer months, the insurance is little to nothing, deal with alot of Karens, your lunch breaks are living out of gas stations, hope you don't have a heat stroke in the attic or beside the house, hope your ole lady don't leave you cuz you work to much, and last- hope you don't get electrocuted working on the Ac unit while its kinda raining . Other than that its a pretty cool to learn Hvac but thats it lol.

Final Flare says:

After 12 years it took him 7hours to find that wired were eaten, nice.

Cameron Bodenstab says:

3-4 calls a day?! Our techs do 10+ every day during the summer in Texas

Harrison Dudley says:

john 3:7- Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
john 3:3-Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

john 3:16-For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Clay Free says:

Good career choice. ANY trade is…… as a 35 year licensed Commercial/Industrial HVAC TECH…. It’s a rewarding career.

I work for one of the largest HVAC company’s in the world. It has it’s hard days and some easier days. I also teach HVAC in the evenings at our local trade school. More people need to get into the trades.
New survey shows that for every 5 technicians about to retire…only 2 are replacing them.
Speaking as one of those with retirement in sight…. I see the trade hurting for new people.

HVAC business is not going anywhere. You will never rent, sell, work or live in a building without HVAC in most is this country.

Great career choice……

Automated Comment says:

Wow not only is he a single mother but a full time HVAC technician

SafeMoon Castle says:

Licensed since 05’ , hvac baby 🚀🔥

Zack Yates says:

working that much is not living, and if you are strictly a commission based employee, that will put you into a position where you sell things that dont need to be sold, you are a sales tech. and as a sales tech if you cant make 150k plus a year working 4780 hours a year. You losing my G. Find a better company.

Car U says:

Too much commission. He sounds like a sales tech. I do know about rodents chewing up wire.

Lary Martinez says:

There doing him dirty tbh makes me sad

jaiden mcryenolds says:

Been doing commercial refrigeration as an apprentice for 2 years now, some guys at my shop are at $150,000+ a year, long hours and hard work but no student loans makes it all the sweeter

Andres Fernandez says:

I worked in residential and most of that income is from selling repairs, units to people who just need a capacitor changed

Steve Edelen says:

It is a rough job being on the install side….too much for me. Luckily found my niche in chiller plant maintenance at a regular job/work site year round. I did pay my dues running service for about 2 years as a service tech/troubleshooter. I feel extremely lucky to be where I am and Constantly fear something going south at the job because I do not want to be out running in a service van anymore. Im good on that. HVAC has been Tough but at the same time a blessing when I think about what else I would I be doing if I had not fell into this…. Probly working in a warehouse somewhere…..

soursop1972 says:

The salary is even more in Commercial HVAC.

Tholi Doma says:

Roger needs to start his own company his reputation speaks for itself.

Fiona Michael says:

Money is essential in everyone's life and investing is the only way to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. I'm so happy I've been earning $18,000 returns from my $6,000 investment every 13 days ..

Allen Snchz says:

James 5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
